EISMEA has launched a call for tenders on Socially Responsible Public
Procurement, which aims to promote the integration of social considerations
into public procurement, including raising awareness of incentives for social
investment in public service delivery, promoting the inclusion of social
economy actors in tendering processes and in value chains, and supporting
awareness-raising among incumbents to improve cooperation with social
enterprises.
- The main objective of Lot 1 of the call is to implement training and
awareness-raising activities in the field of socially responsible public
procurement in 12 Member States. The maximum amount for the implementation of
all tasks in Lot 1 is € 1 700 000.
- The main objective of Lot 2 is to achieve a better understanding of
the existing framework and scope of measurement methods, policies and practices
related to the social impacts of public procurement in EU Member States. The
maximum amount for the implementation of all tasks in Lot 2 is € 500 000.
