Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

Are you thinking of starting your own business, or have you recently done so? Or perhaps you are already running a successful business and would like to expand it to new markets, or get fresh ideas?

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs could be for you!

Our European business network and financial support can help you exchange knowledge and expand your business.

The European exchange programme for entrepreneurs

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries.

The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.

The host benefits from fresh perspectives on his/her business and gets the opportunities to cooperate with foreign partners or learn about new markets.

The stay is partially funded by the European Union.

Whether you are a new or highly experienced entrepreneur, the programme can offer strong added value to your business: possible benefits include exchange of knowledge and experience, networking opportunities across Europe, new commercial relations or markets abroad. Read the programme guide

Question of the day from Adi Hristova

Can an entrepreneur be considered as 'Host' if the company has less than 3 years of creation but has been created by experienced entrepreneurs?

Is there anyone who knows the answer and can reply to Adi?

A lovely success story from one of our Italian local contact points, Centro per lo sviluppo creativo Danilo Dolci, about the successful #exchange between the Italian host #entrepreneur Vincenza Ferrara and the British new entrepreneur Sarah Wolferstan.

Vinceza herself has previously taken part in Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs as a new entrepreneur and we are very happy to see that she has now joined the programme again as a host entrepreneur.

Have a look at their story if you are an Italian speaker :)
