Marketing and brand development strategies for an art agency

Paulina is the owner of PAULINA'S FRIENDS, Berlin's most extraordinary concept agency for art, design & exclusive couture wearable art & sustainable fashion, the "Serendipity Workshop".

In 2019, she decided to join the "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" programme and host a fellow aspiring entrepreneur who worked with her for 6 months. The New Entrepreneur Teodora Kotseva, provided valuable insight and supported Paulina with new concepts, such as creating informal groups for cultural entrepreneurs to exchange ideas -Zufallssalon, participation in important fairs such as Wood Market Bazaar, Berlin Fashion Week (Project Gallery), book promotion of "My Friend the Panic Attack", marketing and brand development strategies, contacts with clients, outlets, fashion fairs, organizing exhibitions.

The key to this successful exchange relied largely on the combination of both expertise. Teodora was able to provide her creative input and experience in setting up work plans, marketing plans and decision-making processes related to building an independent fashion brand.

Paulina's expectations of the exchange were perfectly met as she had the opportunity to work with a trained professional who was able to develop growth strategies and work independently to implement various tasks. They were able to share ideas, learn from each other about different working practices, discuss plans and work towards their successful implementation. Working with someone who had a similar understanding of running a business in the arts gave Paulina the added confidence and encouragement to follow her intuition and realise her artistic and entrepreneurial ambitions.
