New entrepreneur:
Magdalena Malinová (Czech Republic)
Age: 28

Rather than rushing towards goals or following fixed strategies, Noa encouraged slowness deep listening observation and playfulness. This approach helped me let go of the need to have everything planned and strengthened my trust in my own intuition.

Working together with Magdalena showed me that when there is trust, curiosity and space to explore, new possibilities naturally emerge. The exchange strengthened both my business and the way I see its future.

Business sector of the exchange

Body-Oriented Practice holistic body work

The New Entrepreneur, Magdalena Malinová, is an artist performer bodyworker and dancer with a growing interest in somatic practices and entrepreneurship. She joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to deepen her understanding of the Ilan Lev Method while supporting her Host Entrepreneur, Noa Goldin, in developing and communicating her independent practice in Leiden. For Noa, it was an opportunity to share her experience as a senior Ilan Lev Method practitioner and mentor, while expanding her own entrepreneurial skills through collaboration. Throughout the exchange the collaboration combined practical business development with ongoing learning. The exchange enabled both participants to learn from each others backgrounds and develop the practice in a sustainable and authentic way.

During the exchange, they worked closely together on both the practical and reflective sides of Noa’s practice. Magdalena contributed to communication activities by writing website and newsletter content, creating Instagram posts and reels, developing new offers, and reaching out to potential collaborators. At the same time, she joined private Ilan Lev Method courses, helped with preparation, participated as a practice client and documented sessions through photos and videos. A significant part of the exchange involved ongoing discussions about how Noa’s practice is evolving, how she relates to clients, and how to communicate her work in an honest and accessible way. Noa also mentored Magdalena in the Ilan Lev Method, sharing her experience while encouraging her to develop her own understanding and way of working. The exchange became a genuine two-way learning experience, with both entrepreneurs contributing to and benefiting from each other's knowledge while supporting the further development of Noa's work.

The exchange became a genuine collaboration from which they both benefited. Magdalena gained practical experience in the Ilan Lev Method, a deeper understanding of body-oriented work and valuable insight into developing an independent practice, based on authenticity rather than urgency or fixed outcomes. Working alongside Noa in Leiden also gave Magdalena a glimpse into a different professional and cultural environment and broadened her perspective on communication and entrepreneurship. At the same time, Noa benefited from Magdalena’s background in the performing arts communication and project development. Together, they refined the way Noa’s work is presented, developed new communication materials and offers, explored future collaborations and exchanged ideas about teaching and the future direction of her practice. More than anything, the programme became a space for mutual learning trust and the sharing of experience that will continue beyond the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs exchange.
