Maria is a creative professional from Ukraine. She was searching for a transition from a freelancer to a more organized and scalable B2B agency, providing high-quality video and user-generated content (UGC) to business clients. She wanted to build an agency that could be trusted by clients for long-term retainer agreements. She joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme as a new entrepreneur to learn the areas of financial modeling acquiring clients and running a business. The host entrepreneur Žiga is a Slovenian scaling expert in creative agencies B2B sales funnels and enterprise project management. Žiga joined the program to utilize his knowledge and uncover new models for his agency. Žiga’s participation in EYE was a strategic decision to combine his agency’s existing services with the revolutionary Gen Z production methods.

Maria and Žiga collaborated on business scaling, financial planning and B2B sales. The key activities involved diverse skill sets in scaling a freelance business into an enterprise. Business and financial planning involved creating high-level pricing models based on profit margin analysis Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and luxury risk buffers. Finally, hands-on learning combined all the above by experimenting with B2B acquisition models using A/B testing creating real-world pilot projects and creating bulletproof investor pitch decks. Networking was also a key area which focused on acquiring infrastructure for global enterprise partnerships.

Maria learned about enterprise-level agency management, pricing models and B2B client acquisition. Together they applied the ‘Enterprise Framework’ to over 30 active brand campaigns, including LaRocheposay. Maria transitioned to a recurring revenue stream by locking in a 6-month retainer contract using Žiga’s sales techniques. Most importantly, she acquired access to LTK Creator elite membership which allowed her to directly pitch campaigns to world leaders such as Zara. Maria established a professional networking relationship with Žiga who successfully validated a new and profitable UGC enterprise service line for his agency based on Maria’s data and production workflows. They also created a joint marketing case study on the ‘freelance to enterprise’ transition which demonstrated a very high level of professional camaraderie and set a new standard for future collaborations.
