Gergő runs Blueberry a fast-growing Hungarian company specialised in facilitating team-building activities for clients ranging from small enterprises to corporations. The ever higher demand for high-quality versatile services the need to integrate innovative methods to meet very different client needs and the desire to increase visibility among potential future clients were among the issues that motivated Gergő to explore collaboration with another entrepreneur. Boróka is an experience-based learning program designer with a background in facilitation communication and visual design. After relocating to Sweden and opening her business she joined the programme to explore the basis of running a sustainable business adopt a more business oriented mindset and build a robust framework that ensures a steady growth and income. The program gave the chance to explore how the complementary skills and experience brought into this cooperation could support the growth of both iniciatives.

A special focus was given throughout the mobility to the step-by-step development of a well-structured framework and a clear vision for Boróka’s business. Blueberry’s exclusive focus on team-building services offered clarity in this process while Gergős experience in setting up a structure that supported a steady but also major growth of the company was absolutely essential in shaping a practical framework. Gergő shared insights on operational challenges and their solutions client acquisition strategies but also team coordination and event management. Together we analysed the processes services and workflows at Blueberry and we cooperated on events including large scale team-building activities where Boróka could facilitate parts of the processes and be integral part of the team.

Through the program Boróka gained first-hand insight to how a well-designed structure can translate a clear vision into long-term sustainability and growth. The practical guidance and strategic reflection helped her develop a concrete business plan refined her service packages and she successfully acquired new clients as well. This already offers greater stability and a clearer direction to her firm. At the same time Gergő became more aware of the strategic role played by design and communication in shaping the perception of a company and its services. He explored how a well-created visual identity can positively influence client decision-making build credibility and trust as well as translate the professionalism of Blueberry and its services into a coherent visual language that communicates clarity and distinction.
