XR Media and Marketing

Ayşe Kılıç founder of Vinexa Marketing Agency in Poland participated in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to gain practical experience in Western Europe and learn how to expand her business beyond the Eastern European market. She carried out her exchange at Amaranta B.V. in the Netherlands hosted by experienced multi-entrepreneur Hasan Akın whose activities focus on XR media and marketing. Both participants joined the programme with the aim of exchanging entrepreneurial knowledge working together on real business projects and exploring opportunities for international growth and long-term cooperation.

During the exchange NE and HE worked together on real marketing and business development projects at Amaranta B.V. NE contributed to campaign planning analytics and client communication and helped coordinate tasks across designers developers and content creators. NE also took part in strategic discussions about customer retention market expansion and international project opportunities. Throughout the stay NE and HE regularly exchanged entrepreneurial knowledge shared methods for managing teams and clients and compared business practices between Eastern and Western Europe. The experience combined day-to-day project work with long-term business planning and collaboration.

The exchange brought concrete benefits to both sides. NE gained confidence and practical knowledge to expand her business from Poland into Western Europe especially the Dutch market. NE improved her leadership project coordination and client communication skills by working on real campaigns and managing teamwork in an international environment. HE benefited from fresh marketing perspectives new ideas for campaign analytics and a more structured approach to client feedback and retention. The cooperation also led to long-term collaboration opportunities between both businesses and NE secured a business partner to help scale Vinexa after returning home.
