''The EYE programme was a turning point for Talentiply. Working side by side with an experienced entrepreneur in Slovenia gave me the strategic clarity, the investor mindset and the practical tools I needed to move from an idea to a
real, investor-ready product. I came back not only with an MVP and a technical co-founder, but with a completely new
way of thinking about building a business."

"Hosting Dmytro was a genuinely rewarding experience. His energy and fresh perspective on AI and HR pushed our own thinking forward, and together we were able to shape Talentiply into something that can realistically compete on
the international market. I am glad that our cooperation continues beyond the programme, I see great long-term potential in this project."

Dmytro Tomniuk, founder of Talentiply, an AI platform that replaces traditional CVs with a conversational AI uncovering
each candidate's real potential, joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to gain hands-on experience
in building and scaling a tech venture in Europe. He carried out his exchange at Futuria in Slovenia, hosted by
Aleksander Vidmar, an experienced entrepreneur with 15 years in IT, business consulting and AI implementation, and
a strong track record of mentoring early-stage startups. Both participants joined the programme with a shared aim: to
turn an early-stage idea into a pilot-tested, investor-ready business, while exchanging entrepreneurial know-how
between the Eastern and Western European startup ecosystems.
During the exchange NE and HE worked together through the full early-stage lifecycle of Talentiply. NE led product
and market execution: he ran user interviews with job seekers and HR professionals, validated demand, repositioned
the platform from B2B to B2C based on real feedback, shipped the MVP on AWS, onboarded a technical co-founder
through Y Combinator's matching platform, launched a structured pilot programme and developed the platform's
signature "tailor CV" feature. HE contributed strategic, commercial and AI expertise: Aleksander mentored Dmytro
on lean startup methodology and go-to-market strategy, guided the applications to Y Combinator, Google Accelerator
and HF0 Residency, and worked with NE on the business model, SaaS financial projections and the investor pitch. The
two met weekly for strategy reviews and compared business practices between Slovenia and Ukraine.
The exchange brought concrete benefits to both sides. For the NE, Talentiply evolved from a concept into a pilot
tested, investor-ready company with a working MVP, a technical co-founder on board and grants secured from Google,
Amazon and Notion. Dmytro also gained practical skills in lean product development, fundraising and investor relations,
built a network across five countries and kicked off active investor outreach. For the HE, the cooperation brought fresh
exposure to AI-driven HR products, new ideas on conversational product design and a deeper understanding of the
Eastern European startup market, while strengthening Aleksander's advisory portfolio. Beyond the programme the
partnership continues: Aleksander remains a key advisor to Talentiply, and both entrepreneurs plan to keep
collaborating on international expansion and joint AI research.
