The New Entrepreneur Vasyl Cherniavskyi is a Ukrainian cultural project creator and storyteller. He wants to open "The School of Storytellers and Inventors” in Calabria – a place where people can turn personal stories into theatre music and film. The Host Entrepreneur, Oleksandr MALYI, is the founder of Media Vision Theater, a cultural organization in Italy that creates and promotes artistic events. They joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to share knowledge, ideas and experience. Vasyl expected to learn how to organize cultural events in Italy connect with local communities and improve his business plan. Oleksandr expected to gain new creative ideas expand the organization’s offer and build a long-term partnership with the new entrepreneur.

During the exchange the new entrepreneur worked closely with the host and his team. He learned how Media Vision Theater plans promotes and runs cultural events. Together they compared Ukrainian and Italian storytelling traditions and developed ideas for joint projects. Vasyl improved his business and marketing plan with feedback from Oleksandr. They researched the local market identified the target audience and tested promotion methods. As a result of their work they developed a joint cultural event – an art therapy theatre performance for Ukrainians affected by the war. The new and host entrepreneur focused also on the creation of a network of local artists organizations and potential clients.

Vasyl gained practical skills in organizing cultural events in Italy, creating marketing plans and working with local audiences. He improved his business plan, reduced start-up costs and found new ways to promote his future School of Storytellers and Inventors. He also built valuable contacts with artists cultural groups and potential clients. Oleksandr received new creative ideas and fresh perspectives from the new entrepreneur, helping to expand Media Vision Theater’s cultural offer. Together they developed a new event concept that combines Italian and Ukrainian traditions and strengthens community connections. Both now have a plan to continue cooperating on future projects.
