The NE is settling up a consulting company specializing in EU project design offering comprehensive services for Italian NGOs foundations SMEs and international organizations with emphasis on sustainability digital transformation and social inclusion. She joined the EYE to open up her career to a new field of action focusing on international cooperation and getting involved in designing new initiatives. She aimed at building a network and acquiring more tools to become a professional project designer expanding her knowledge and links in the field. The HE runs Responsible Young Drivers entity which organizes training courses and awareness campaigns with special focus on road safety. He is now a very experienced host with about 10 years of experience in the EYE and has always been very satisfied with the NEs hosted. Joining the EYE means expanding his network designing new projects and exploring new synergies.
During the exchange the NE and the HE could work on the full lifecycle of a EU project design and management: the NE has been supported on identifying funding opportunities (like Erasmus+ and CERV) drafting and submitting project proposals coordinating partnerships and using AI tools for writing and evaluation: the NE and the HE could work also on workshops preparation and participation and dissemination activities and strategies.
The HE had a concrete and effective contribution in the submission of four complete project proposals: more specifically the HE and the NE could develop and submit 3 new Erasmus+ proposals and 1 CERV. The HE gathered support in the coordination of a consortium composed of 7 international partners and could discover applied AI tools in both writing and evaluation phases. The NE could build an international network identifying over 40 new partners and improved her visibility through LinkedIn engagement (+223 followers). She has developed an AI-based methodology to assess proposal quality and officially started her career as a freelance EU project consultant.
