Education and training services

Luciana (the host entrepreneur), is the founder and CEO of Flex Lingua - an online consultancy that helps entrepreneurs and professionals to learn languages. She joined the EYE programme as a host to share her expertise and expand her network. She found out about the programme through CEEIM, with whom she cooperates and saw it as a very interesting opportunity. She decided to collaborate with Natalia (the new entrepreneur) a multicultural educator certified by Cambridge with over 10 years of experience teaching English. Natalia had previously taken part in other Erasmus programmes and saw EYE as a great chance to gain practical insights into running an educational business, as she plans to open her own school. Together they exchanged knowledge strengthened their entrepreneurial skills, and explored innovative approaches to language education.

During the exchange both entrepreneurs established a highly effective and well-structured collaboration, marked by strong organizational skills and seamless cooperation. They created a supportive working in which Natalia was able to begin developing her own educational project. Together they conducted comprehensive analyses of different teaching methodologies, including the new entrepreneur's approach, and tested various strategies in practice. A significant achievement of the exchange was the planning of a summer camp for children aged 9 to 14. Under the host's mentorship, Natalia gained valuable experience in project planning, educational content development, and programme implementation. This collaboration served as a foundation for Natalia's entrepreneurial journey, offering practical insights and strategic guidance.

The exchange led to clear benefits for both entrepreneurs. The new entrepreneur strengthened her entrepreneurial mindset and gained skills in project design, educational planning, and business development. The host entrepreneur enhanced her mentoring experience and gained new insights into innovative educational practices. Both entrepreneurs improved their organizational and collaboration skills while exchanging perspectives on teaching methods and business strategy. Motivated by the positive results, they plan to continue working together online and develop future projects. The exchange supported long-term growth and set the foundation for future joint initiatives.
