Georgiana Plastira, founder of the startup YourPVA – Your Personal Virtual Assistant joined Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs to expand her technical skills, launch an online academy, and transform her brand into Your Digital Assistant. She partnered with Joanna Mieczkowska, founder of Yoanka SPMU Academy Malta, an established International Cosmetic & Medical Semi-Permanent Makeup Trainer Speaker and Judge with over 8 years of experience. Joanna, the first foreign SPMU instructor in Malta, sought fresh perspectives to enhance her academy’s digital presence. Both entrepreneurs aimed to benefit from exchanging expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and educational innovation, promoting cross-border collaboration and highlighting women-led entrepreneurship in Europe.
Throughout the exchange, Georgiana gained extensive, practical training in developing Learning Management Systems on multiple platforms, including website design, technical setup, automation and integrations. She successfully launched her first-ever website and online academy, laying a strong foundation for providing coaching services in Administrative Office and Social Media Virtual Assistance. She also developed structured course, content workbooks, quizzes and automated email marketing flows. Collaborating closely with Joanna, Georgiana supported webinars ad campaigns content creation, branding and marketing strategies. She actively enhanced Joanna’s academy through improved backend automation, strategic campaign, planning and optimized ad settings. This hands-on experience empowered Georgiana to confidently offer these high-demand technical and strategic services professionally.
Georgiana successfully launched her first online academy and professional website, significantly expanding her services to include high-value offerings like course creation, web design automation, and digital marketing strategy. The practical skills and strategic confidence she gained positioned her to independently provide professional coaching in Administrative Office and Social Media Virtual Assistance. Joanna benefited from Georgiana’s fresh insights, achieving improvements in branding consistency automated workflows, campaign strategy, and content optimization. Their collaboration enhanced both entrepreneurs business growth, strengthened their international networks, and highlighted the impactful role of women-led businesses in Europe' s entrepreneurial community.
