The new entrepreneur Erica Usai is a young professional from Sardinia, Italy,  who’s aiming to create a coliving space for remote workers in her Region. It wants to represent a modern housing solution for digital nomads, who want to live, work, and socialize in a destination. The ob jective will be to foster the development of an international community of freelance workers through a coworking space and an offer of activities to improve social relations between guests and their psychophysical well-being. The EYE programme represented a step to get closer to entrepreneurship, which gave her the chance to test, learn, and acquire knowledge and consciousness before taking any entrepreneurial risk. The host entrepreneur Pablo José is a young experienced entrepreneur who runs Vivarium Coliving. He joined the EYE to contribute to the entrepreneurial ecosystem and strengthening the team. He’s always been looking for creating lasting partnerships that could lead to new projects collaborations or even expansion opportunities in new countries

The new and host entrepreneur worked together to optimise the logistics of physical spaces in the coliving space, improving online communication and brand identity through the creation of social media content, analyzing the clientele through qualitative analysis of questionnaires and personal customer data, and finally taking care of the daily customer reception management and assistance. They have focused on researching stimuli and activities/ways to improve customer experience and their engagement in the community, also through the comparative and competitors analysis to propose new strategies and collaborations. The exchange represented the chance to deepen knowledge in the coliving sector for digital nomads and its target audience, understanding and experience in logistics sales and community marketing and digital content creation, customer service, event planning and community facilitation.

Erica could enhance her management skills and explore new platforms for business organization like Notion, Trello, and Slack. She can count on a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses associated with this type of business at the same time improving her professional language, skills and expanding her contacts and knowledge in the sector. At the same time the host entrepreneur could have an enhanced operational efficiency with Erica's involvement in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, and improved competitor insights through benchmarking analysis and a better understand of the positioning in the market.
