I joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme as a new entrepreneur to enhance my entrepreneurial skills and advance my business plan, focused on sustainable engineering solutions. From 02.09.2024 to 26.11.2024, over a period of 86, days I successfully completed my exchange at MG Sustainable Engineering AB in Sweden, with my host entrepreneur Georgiana Maries. This invaluable experience provided hands-on expertise in green energy technologies and sustainable business practices, enabling me to refine my business model and expand my international network. The programme played a key role in fostering my entrepreneurial growth and supported my long-term goal of creating an innovative and impactful enterprise in the renewable energy sector.

During the exchange, I actively engaged in various tasks to develop my entrepreneurial and technical skills. I collaborated on renewable energy projects at MG Sustainable Engineering AB, focusing on green energy technologies and sustainable engineering solutions. My activities included conducting market research on renewable energy trends, assisting in the design and optimization of energy-efficient systems, and participating in project planning and execution. I also worked closely with my host entrepreneur to develop sustainable business strategies, refine project proposals and explore innovative solutions for energy transition challenges. Additionally, I attended networking events and workshops, gaining insights into the European energy market and forging connections with industry experts. These activities significantly enhanced my practical knowledge, problem-solving abilities and understanding of international business operations.
