Sara Núñez (NE) a sociologist and internationalist from Spain joined the program with the aim of acquiring knowledge to apply in an organization she plans to develop in the future. This organization will seek to promote the employment of groups with greater difficulties in finding work and in addition will foster international mobility programs so that people with fewer resources can learn about and access these opportunities considering them as a form of career guidance.rnrnOn the other side Elena Milio (HE) co-founder and President of SEND from Palermo Sicily - Italy serving as Sara Núñez tutor and mentor. During these months various activities have been carried out including support for incoming mobility helping people who are going to undertake internships in Palermo by helping them find companies offering administrative support and facilitating their adaptation. Professional orientation has also been provided through interviews understanding peoples interests and work experiences to identify potential work areas. Additionally there has been participation in the administration and coordination of European social projects ensuring their correct execution. Furthermore collaboration has taken place in programs aimed at vulnerable groups such as young people who are neither studying nor working supporting their labor inclusion. These activities have enabled a comprehensive approach to adaptation orientation and support for individuals and groups in their search for employment and professional development.
1.Thanks to this experience I have been able to learn how some European mobility projects such as the Erasmus+ programme work. 2. To make contacts to collaborate in the future with different organizations involved in European mobility projects for young people. 3. Know how to operate an organization inside how the management and administration of it works. 4. I developed my skills with the Italian language and got to know the local culture. 5. I have also been able to improve my English skills as it was worked on numerous occasions in English. 6. I participated in job orientation workshops for young job seekers. 7. I met numerous social organizations that work locally and internationally. 8. I have also developed job orientation skills such as interviewing participants prospecting companies and administrative and social support.
