Francesca Fidaleo is a 31-year-old young Italian woman with a passion for cultural exchange between Italy and Spain, fueled by her insatiable curiosity to learn from the diverse perspectives of these two nations. She decided to participate in the EYE programme to learn all she needed to run her own practice and matched with Iulia Oleg Miron, co-founder of Up Design Mallorca. 

During the exchange, Francesca enthusiastically embraced new challenges and opportunities and emphasizes that many aspects such as handling building permits, construction management, and client interactions were learned during this enriching experience. Her dedication to learning and adapting to diverse roles showcased her resilience and passion for personal and professional growth.
