A life-changing adventure: this title may seem quite powerful for a three-month experience. Honestly, when it started, the entrepreneurs did not know how far they would take it. Roberta Falaschi (new entrepreneur) and Laura Priolo ( host entrepreneur) expected these 90 days of their EYE exchange to be productive, fun and educational, but it turned out to be so much more. "Take the biggest goal you have and mix it with what you dream of achieving. Then pursue all of that with the support of a professional and experienced entrepreneur who is genuinely happy to help you. The feeling of empowerment and satisfaction I had is just incredible," Roberta describes her experience. Moreover, the exchange has helped both entrepreneurs to achieve their goals, improve their existing business and build a deep bond and friendship with each other. Their careers will continue from here and they will always be grateful for this opportunity.

Roberta and Laura immediately started working together. As they had created a programme before starting, it was quite easy to follow. The first month was intense, the second and third too! Their excitement grew when they saw that their project was turning out better than they had expected. Laura and Roberta had plans they wanted to change and strategies they wanted to improve, but they took it with patience: after all, part of the learning curve is trying things out and making mistakes. Because their projects were closely linked and their niches were so similar, listing all the activities they undertook would be incredibly lengthy. Roberta started by redesigning Laura's yoga community with new text ideas for social media and then worked on the website. In turn, Laura helped Roberta find her niche and understand market research, sales funnels and product development. The entrepreneurs applied all this to Laura's project first and then started to develop Roberta's project further.

The benefits that this exchange brought are endless. Starting with the skills they both gained that will be incredibly useful in their future careers (marketing, copywriting, paid ads for Roberta and web design for Laura). They have also achieved physical results that they couldn't have achieved on their own, such as products that can be sold in the yoga and wellness market. From a human perspective, Roberta can't speak highly enough about the friendship and professional bond that Laura and she have built, which is sure to lead to future collaboration.
