Tech & education

The new entrepreneur, Jasmine Ouajdouni, is the founder of T-OYS, a platform that guides people to find the best gift for a child. She found Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs while she was looking for programs that help entrepreneurs establish their business. She decided to apply and that was the first best decision she made to kick-start her business! The host entrepreneur is Francis Go, the founder of Verow, a technology company based in London, UK. He found out about EYE thanks to a friend who runs a social enterprise and advised it would be good to connect with EYE and collaborate with young entrepreneurs. Francis benefited tremendously both personally as a coach/mentor and professionally, getting new ideas because of the diversity of thought the programme provides.

During her exchange with Francis, Jasmine was able to use her skills as a former business developer and help with the marketing side and business development for Verow’s product. She brought a rich history of business development and diversity of thought to the programme. Moreover with Francis they collaborated on her project detailing what product and technology development entails as a startup.

Francis’s knowledge and long experience in tech have helped Jasmine develop new skills in the field that are critical for the launch and prosperity of her project. Moreover, he introduced her to his contacts from a financial background, who helped and will keep helping her throughout her entrepreneurial journey. On the other side, Jasmine’s business development experience has helped Verow build a repeatable sales strategy. They also have a way to differentiate industry and products/services to enable them clearly state their value-based offering.
