For Marina Mitic, it was very important to advance her career and realise her dreams, also to prove to all other girls that motherhood should not mean giving up one's life and dreams. Marina thought about her business idea when she heard about the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme and immediately applied. Marina's business idea is to develop a digital consulting agency and offer marketing services and products to her clients.

Marina was hosted by Natasa Gligorijevic at the Center for Sustainable Development of Serbia in Belgrade. There she learned more about advertising, sales promotion and media-related products and services. In her opinion, the projects that the host company was working on and developing were completely in line with her ambitions and plans. For her, working on an online platform for six months was very challenging, but she did her best to learn how to make a digital product and how to present it to potential customers. "Now I am ready to work on developing my business in the coming period," she explains. Her plan is to open her business in the next few months.

The exchange programme helped her in gaining fundamental skills, such as communication and working in a team, which will help her when she will establish her own business. The work with her host Natasa helped her tremendously in improving her business plan and now she is ready to enter the business world. As for Natasa, she explained that she chose Marina for her business idea but also because her ambitions were in line with her company’s current projects. With the help of the new entrepreneur, Natasa managed to develop her plan of creating an e-learning platform for education on sustainable development goals and the 2030 Agenda - ODRAZLAB. She also adds that as a result of their commitment and joint work, they were able to create the first version of the Odrazlab platform, which will be developed in the coming period of the program and contribute to the localization of sustainable development goals through supporting the education for sustainable development.
